I need custom image/picture in my logo
Please send us the image/picture in high resolution png, jpg, bmp format. If your picture is part of a logo design it would be best to provide eps, ai, cdr file.
I have run out of ink. What to do?
Generally you would run out of ink after 1000/2000 stamps. But nothing to worry about. You can order your ink from us seperately.
How to Ink Stamps?
Simply pour the oil based ink on text and picture. Avoid putting on empty spaces as much as you can. Leave it for 5min. to dry. Wipe off any access ink with tissue or soft cloth.
I am not sure what size I want?
You can use a regular scale as a reference to see what size you would the stamp to be. If you are still unsure, please contact us. We shall be happy to assist you.
I need to design a new Stamp. What should I do?
Its easy and hassle free, we will design the stamp for you. You need to provide us with basic information and your design will be ready.
My old rubber stamp is worn out. I need to get the same design.
Please send a clear snapshot of your existing stamp so that we can replicate the same design.
My parcel is broken/damaged. What should I do?
Please do not accept the parcel at the time delivery. Our package is secure and sent through professional courier to avoid such instances.
Your products are expensive compared to local products offered in the market.
We use imported materials only. Due to fluctuations in USD and govt. taxes these materials are sourced at a competitive price. Local products do not have the durability and finishing what we offer.
